Shipping Policy

Destination: USA & International

Some orders may be subject to signature requirement upon delivery due to order value. USPS usually operates between 9am—6pm on business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering, for example your work address (recommended).

Please note that USPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Important information

All orders are fully traceable at our website. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. We are unable to deliver to post office (PO) boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

First-Time Order Policy

For security purposes, hiri reserves the right to ship first-time orders to the cardholder’s verified billing address or work address. To avoid delays in receiving your order, please make sure to provide the correct billing and shipping information associated with your credit/debit card when placing an order.  We recommend entering a shipping address where someone will be present to sign for and accept the order to ensure a smooth delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

Free returns

hiri has a 14-day return policy: any unwanted items must be shipped/ postmarked within 14 days of receipt. When using our free return service through USPS, you will be refunded in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse. Kindly note that any initial shipping costs will not be refunded.

To return or exchange items, you must request a return authorization by email us at support@shophiri.com. Orders returned to us without a return authorization may face delays in processing.

If you are receiving multiple shipments for your order, please wait until you have received everything to initiate your return and only send unwanted items in one package to avoid delays in processing.

Receiving a refund

All returns that are shipped back within the 14-day time period will be refunded to the original form of payment. You will receive an e-mail confirming when the refund is issued.

If an item received is classified as faulty and was received damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt.
If items have a manufacturing fault that occurred within a 12-month period from the date of purchase, please contact us immediately.
